Our company offers a unique home buying strategy that is a win-win situation to both buyers and sellers. Our lease option program allows tenant-buyers to rent a home for up to three years with a right to purchase at any time after the first year. Sellers collect monthly rent payments without the stress of being a landlord.
Upon sale, sellers receive fair value for their home.
We contract with homeowners to provide move-in ready properties for our high-quality Tenant-Buyers members.

Once a newly contracted property is acquired, it is exclusively shown to our Tenant-Buyer members.
Members receive email notifications and early showings prior to us listing the property on public online platforms.
We thoroughly screen Tenant-Buyers to ensure Owner-Sellers have the highest quality tenants living in their properties.
After our members get approved, we will lock-in monthly payments and your future purchase price.
Tenant-Buyers sign both a one year Lease for the home as well as a Right to Purchase Agreement.
An option fee allows them to move in and live like the homeowner. Pets, decorating, painting and remodels are negotiated perks of the Right to Purchase Agreement.
During the first 12 month lease term, we connect Tenant-Buyers to third party affiliates specializing in financial management, credit repair and loan consulting services. We want all of our clients to have the necessary tools and team of people to help them on their road to home ownership.
At the end of the one year lease term, Tenant-Buyers can purchase the home, extend the term or move out if plans change. If the option to purchase is exercised, the option fee is credited towards the home's purchase price. If it is declined and the tenant-buyer moves out, the option fee is forfeited.
